Day 4 of 5 Days Neutrogena Challenge
Neutrogena 5 days Challenge
Day 4 (June 6, 2011)
Here are the skin dehydrating activities I did today:
1.Skimping on sleep—I slept at 1:30am because of some work related to my blog and I woke up early this morning because my mom woke me up. I only had 6 hours of sleep which really gave me headache when I woke up this morning.
2.Prolonged exposure to sun-Hell yeah! I was exposed to sun this day because there's this ticket booth and I needed to fall in line and the heat of the sun was not good at all and after I bought ticket we walked on to enter the sea port.
3.Stressing over work-Always but only when I lack of sleep. I feel stress all day and I'm not really in the good mood to talk to.
Skin Observation: Same as usual my face is still oily but wasn’t dry because I was not exposed to AC. My pimples are getting out of the way but still the acne scars are still there. My main problem is my oily face which I don’t understand why I have a skin type like this in which I’m not eating oily foods(well avoiding) but still I have oily face. Urgh!
Overall, I had 3 skin dehydrating activities for today. I didn't drink coffee and neither hang-out in any coffee shop. I am not a coffee-person. I had a wonderful lunch with my sister at jollibee when we're on our way home. i didn't stay in an air-conditioned room just because I had my electric fun turned on.1 day to go and I'm done!!!
So yeah these are pretty much my activities for this day.3 out 7? Not that bad. I hope I can reach 0/7 for the remaining 1 day for this challenge. (crossed fingers)

Day 3 of 5 Days Neutrogena Challenge
Neutrogena 5 Days Challenge
Day 3 (June 5, 2011)
Here are the skin dehydrating activities I did today:
1.Skimping on sleep—I slept at 1:17am because of some work related to my blog and I woke up late in the morning around 9:45 am, quarter to 10 but it's not enough for me because I usually wake up 10 to 11 am.This afternoon while I'm on twitter, youtube and blogger I didn't notice that I fell asleep maybe because I didn't meet my required time of sleep.
2.Skipping Meals-I did skipped my lunch just because I was too lazy to go down from my room plus we don't have decent food just the cooked fish and plain rice. Our refrigerator is near to empty which I only see water, juice, butter, spices. And besides I didn't feel hungry, just stayed in front of my laptop and blog, tweet and watched youtube.
3.Prolonged exposure to sun-Hell yeah! I was exposed to sun this morning because I need to buy load for me. I arrived at the store but they didn't have load for suncellular, so I walk again going to another store and thank God they have load. The heat of the sun just gave me headache and it's very painful when it hits on my skin. I really don't like it when the heat of the sun is just too high!
4.Staying in an Airconditioned Room-As I'm writing this my AC is turned on high. What else it's part of my daily routine and besides it's the only way that
I can minimize my headache when I know I'm about to have one. This one never really gets off the list.
5.Stressing over work-For me when I know that I skimped on sleep, when I woke up in the morning my brain is still stressed because of lack of sleep. I guess this one will always be on the list. ROFL.
Skin Observation: So this day is not really the best day for me it’s because I feel like I’m having dark circles under my eyes because of sleeping late. I think I do have dark circles under my eyes but it’s not noticeable because of my skin color which I am happy of because people can’t notice it. My face is still on the oily side and I what I really hate is I usually have pimples on my t-zone area which that area tends to get oily for me all throughout the day! I don’t use any blotching paper nor apply powder on my face because for me I’m not really comfortable putting on some powder and all the dirt is on your face. I just think I need to wash my face again and that way I can out on powder.
Overall, I had 5 skin dehydrating activities for today. I didn't drink coffee and neither hang-out in any coffee shop. I am not a coffee-person.
So yeah these are pretty much my activities for this day.5 out 7? I hope I can reach 0/7 for the remaining 2 days for this challenge. (crossed fingers)

Day 2 of 5 Days Neutrogena Challenge
Neutrogena 5 Days Challenge
Day 2 (June 4, 2011)
Here are the skin dehydrating activities I did today:
1.Skimping on sleep—I slept at almost 12:30am because of some work related to my blog and it needed to be fix asap so I stay up late, but I think it's not really the late time that I slept to work on my blog.So yeah I think this activity will always be on my list.
2.Stressing over work—Woke up early this morning and feeling stress because I lack of sleep. It gives me this eye-bags plus when I woke up this morning I felt light headed. I needed to always update my blog and because of this it gives me stress every single day causing me more prone to acne.
3.Staying in an air-conditioned room—Always!!! It never ran out of the list because I can't really work on properly when AC is not turned on. I went to my Tita's restaurant and AC is really high that's why I went out and feel the fresh air instead of staying inside with AC on. But I don't know I just want to stay at Air conditioned room for me to be relax causing me also to have dry skin.
Skin Observation:Because of the AC that’s always on every time I work, my skin felt dry and you really know when it’s dry because you feel that tightening effect on your face, it’s because of the AC. So I felt that on my skin every night and also all throughout the day my face tends to be so oily.
Overall, I had 3 skin dehydrating activities for today. I didn't drink coffee and neither hang-out in any coffee shop, well I did but I don't drink coffee! I ate my lunch with my family. I was not exposed to sun because we used our car to go to my Tita's place.

Day 1 of 5 Days Neutrogena Challenge
Neutrogena 5 Days Challenge
Day 1 (June 3, 2011)
Here are the skin dehydrating activities I did today:
1.Skimping on sleep—I slept at almost 2:10 am because I needed to edit my blog since I’m having problems with the Google ads I installed plus I wanted to change my header and the layout of my blog. I had to figure out what’s wrong with the ads that it’s not even working out properly so needed to stay up late and decided that I need to sleep because my eyes were already giving up. Oh and because of skimping on sleep, my skin is breaking out!
2.Stressing over work—Since our internet café is back to operate and serve internet users I’m getting back to the activities I’m doing before like too much exposure to radiation because of the monitor and all these close-open doors that the dust is coming in and when I arrived at home I still have to face my laptop and do some work. This really gives me stress causing me to breakout easily.
3.Staying in an air-conditioned room—Always!!! When I arrived at home, after eating and watching I went to my room and turned on the AC, washed my face with my daily facial routine (Clean and Clear product) then applied my Eskinol toner and my Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Gel treatment which I’ve been using for almost 2months now and the result is pretty good except that it doesn’t heal the acne scars. So yeah the AC is turned on for 5 hrs which made my skin dehydrated causing me to breakout.
4.Prolonged Sun Exposure- I guess I was exposed but not really exposed. It didn’t really took hours of exposure to sun since I was dropped off here at our café by our driver. So the only time I was exposed to sun was when I step out from the car and walked on through our café. Does that count?
5.Skipping Lunch-I did skipped my lunch because I was really not in the mood to eat plus there’s no way I can buy not too much of the price food, since I’m not yet employed and our café just started operating so I don’t have my own money. But I had my snack at like 3pm, ate piattos in sour cream flavor, which I love so much. And also, I'm on the process of reducing my weight to an IDEAL weight and if I eat too much then I’ll be guilty.
Skin Observation: As what I've observed on this day, it became more oily even if I'm still doing my daily facial routine but I think it's still not enough and I need to change or add my facial routine products. Even in the morning my face really gets oily and that's what I really hate!
I don’t drink coffee plus I don’t hangout at coffee shops because I don’t have someone to hangout with, I mean I have friends but we don’t hangout that much. So overall I have done 4 dehydrating activities this day and will be counting onwards to see the progress of this challenge.
